Treatment
Chiropractic is more than just a crack.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), that utilize acoustic waves to stimulate blood flow, accelerate tissue repair, and break down calcifications, making it useful for conditions like tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and other chronic soft tissue injuries.

Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic Ultrasound is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-frequency sound waves to reduce pain, improve blood circulation, and accelerate tissue repair in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The sound waves create microscopic cavitations and deep heat, which can help relax muscles, decrease stiffness, and improve the healing process of soft tissues. It's particularly effective in treating conditions like tendonitis, sprains, and muscle strains.

Chiropractic Manipulation
Spinal manipulation is a therapeutic technique involves applying controlled force to specific joints in the spine or extremities to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. The goal is to correct segmental restrictions in the body, which may contribute to increase muscle tension, nerve irritation, or pain.

Rehabilitation Exercises
Rehabilitation exercises are a key component of recovery from injury, surgery, or physical conditions that affect movement and strength. These exercises are designed to restore function, improve mobility, and strengthen muscles and joints, helping patients regain their normal physical abilities. Rehabilitation exercises are essential to speed up recovery, prevent future injuries, and enhance overall physical health.

Interferential Therapy (IFC)
Interferential current (IFC) therapy is a form of electrical stimulation to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and promote healing in soft tissues. IFC involves the use of two high-frequency electrical currents that intersect and create a low-frequency current which can penetrates deeper into the tissues compared to other forms of electrical stimulation, making it effective for managing pain in conditions like muscle strains, joint injuries, and post-surgical recovery.

Low Level Laser Therapy (Coming Soon)
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a cutting edge non-invasive treatment that uses focused light energy to promote healing and reduce pain. The laser emits specific wavelengths of light that is absorb by cytochrome c oxidase in mitochondria stimulates cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and enhances circulation, leading to faster recovery from injuries. Laser therapy is often used to treat musculoskeletal injuries, joint pain, arthritis, and post-surgical wounds.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which is believed to promote healing by creating control pro-inflammatory damage in a target area. Superficial suction pulls the skin and underlying tissues upward to create a bruised red mark. Overtime, this minor injury would attract the body attention to accelerate healing, release hypertonic muscles and reduce pain. While it may leave temporary round marks on the skin, it is considered safe when performed by trained practitioners.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese pro inflammation technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to break up fascia adhesions, and improve circulation and alleviate muscle hypertonicity. Just like cupping, Gua Sha is a pro inflammatory treatment with the goal of creating controlled minor superficial damage to an area which attracts the body's attention to accelerate healing. Although it may cause temporary redness or bruising, Gua Sha is considered safe when performed by trained practitioners.

Custom Orthotics
By addressing individual foot structures and specific biomechanical needs, custom orthotics help alleviate pain associated with conditions like plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and shin splints. They could improve posture, enhance balance, and distribute weight more evenly, which results in reducing strain on joints and muscles. Overall, custom orthotics contribute to increased comfort during daily activities and can enhance physical performance by optimizing foot function.
